I was incredibly fortunate to be mentored by Mark Nanny, one of Lubbock's top Realtors for nearly 35 years. His wisdom, integrity, and servant-hearted approach to this business shaped the way I serve my clients today. After Mark's passing in 2023, his son-in-law, Dusty Joplin, and I founded the Make Your Mark Legacy Team to honor the impact he had on so many lives and to continue the standard of excellence he modeled.

That same passion for serving others extends beyond my own clients. As Director of Success & Growth, I'm honored to mentor and train the incredible agents in our office, sharing the lessons and values that were poured into me so they can better serve their own clients and build meaningful, lasting careers.
